Use a scope comparison
List publisher, format, writing, revisions, approval rights, disclosure, timing and reporting next to each price. If one quote includes original research and another covers placement only, the totals are not directly comparable. Ask for currency, applicable fees and the conditions attached to any follow-up remedy.
State your constraints clearly
A budget can help frame the research, but specify whether it is per placement or for the entire project and whether it includes writing. Mark your must-haves separately from preferences. Avoid treating a low advertised rate or a high domain score as a substitute for reviewing the actual opportunity.
Where is the price list?
Wooranked does not yet have an approved public rate card. The site explains quote factors without inventing starting prices.
Can I pay on this website?

Are replacement terms included?
No blanket replacement promise is published. Any remedy, eligibility conditions and time limits must be explicitly agreed for the opportunity.
