Current status
This website helps buyers research publisher candidates and prepare a brief. It does not accept payment or create a placement order. These pages describe the service process. The contracting business, applicable law and final commercial terms must be confirmed before paid work is offered.
A written scope for each opportunity
A proposal should identify the publisher, placement format, target URL, writing responsibility, review stages, currency, total price, applicable fees and payment schedule. A candidate listing or shortlist is not a reservation. Availability and publisher acceptance require confirmation. No numeric rate card has been approved.
Approval and changes
Confirm whether approval covers the domain, topic, article, anchor or exact wording. If the publisher or scope changes, request an updated proposal before continuing. Keep the accepted version and the person authorized to approve revisions in the project record.
Editorial standards and rights
Supply material you are permitted to use and identify claims that need specialist review. Agree on ownership and permitted reuse of commissioned writing and images. Commercial relationships must be disclosed where required, and paid links need appropriate qualification. Publisher editorial discretion is not a promise of an exact final anchor or article.
Delivery and outcomes
Review the live URL, agreed content, destination and link attributes against the accepted scope. Publication, indexing, referral traffic, rankings and sales are separate outcomes. No ranking, traffic, permanence or AI-citation guarantee is offered.
Questions and disputes
Keep the proposal, approval record and publication evidence together. Raise a scope concern through the contact channel named in the accepted proposal. Governing law, dispute procedures and the responsible business identity remain launch decisions; this page does not invent them.
Does browsing or downloading a brief create an order?
No. It expresses interest or creates a local planning document. There is no checkout on this website.
Are these final legal terms?
