Understand how WooRanked handles inquiry data, brief downloads, local shortlist storage and external service requests.

Downloads and online inquiries

Download your brief creates a text file on your device without sending its fields to Wooranked. If a Send inquiry option is enabled, that separate action stores your name, email, target URL, topic, budget and shortlist in our Supabase inquiry database for approved administrators to review. It does not place an order or collect payment. Do not include sensitive personal information or passwords.

The inquiry service uses a keyed hash of the connecting IP address to limit repeated requests. Rate-limit records expire from active use after an hour and are cleaned up after two days when later requests are processed. A random submission reference prevents duplicate requests for seven days. Hosting and database providers may keep their own operational logs. For privacy and data requests, contact marketing@wooranked.com. Access is limited to approved administrators and operational records are retained only as needed for the service, security and documented obligations.

Your shortlist

Selected publisher domains are stored in session storage to carry your shortlist between pages in the same tab. Closing the browser tab normally ends that session. You can remove selections in the catalog or brief page. Storage availability depends on your browser settings.

External resources

Google Fonts provides the requested typography. The background video loads from CloudFront, with a local fallback. These providers receive normal network request information such as your IP address. The service illustrations are generated concept images served locally; they do not contain actual customer data. Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. If allowed, Google receives website-use information and may use browser storage according to its service terms. You can clear the WooRanked analytics preference in your browser storage to choose again. This website does not include a payment provider.

Managing your local information

You can remove selected domains using the shortlist controls. Downloaded text files are ordinary files on your device; deleting a selection in the website does not delete a previously downloaded file. The form is not saved as an account profile, and refreshing the page may clear unsubmitted field values.

Hosting and external requests

Opening the site and its assets creates normal web requests to the serving host. Fonts and the initial background video also use external providers. The production host may retain security and access logs under its operational settings. Retention and access should be limited to what is needed for security, troubleshooting and service operation.

Does robots.txt protect personal information?

No. The site keeps private supplier data out of the public build. Crawler instructions are not an access-control mechanism.

Are the service images real client work?

No. They are AI-generated concept illustrations and do not contain real customer reports, publisher dashboards or campaign results.
